1964 Press Photo Gasworks explosion in Copenhagen: Victim being carried

Two killed and twenty injured in Gasworks explosion in Copenhagen: A gas in suburban Copenhagen exploded today killing at least two people and seriously injuring about 20. Gaping cracks were torn in the walls of nearby flats. The gasworks are in the working class suburb of Valby, about three miles form the city centre. Photo shows an elderly woman injured by the explosion is carried to an ambulance.
