New Road Traffic Regulations..will become effective on March 1st, One of the bases for these regulations in the traffic was the adaption to the International traffic rules so that one can feel oneself at home when being some where in Europe. It shall be pointed out of this aspect when 20 policeman from Denmark, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy will work as traffic constables in 40 German cities.
