Finn Is Parted From His Wife After Immigration Officials Refuse Him Permission To Land: A Wife stood on a London quay yesterday talking to the husband immigration officials have forbid an to land. They will not tell her why. She is 26-year-old Mrs. Evelyn Vaisanen, from Salford, Lanocs. He husband is a Finnish seaman, aboard the Russian Ship Baltion, which was called the Molotov till the last week. The couple were married in Salfird two years ago, and since then she has been trying to get permission for him to live in Britain. She has written to the Queen, and yesterday she went to the Home office and the Finnish Embassy. An official of the Finnish Embassy sail they would consult their Foreign Ministry. Photo Shows Mrs. Evelyn Vaisanen stands on the quay talking to her husbanded seen on board the Baltica when the ship arrived in London yesterday.
