Spike Milligan Leads Seal Kill Protest: Spike Milligan-patron and past president of Animals Vigilantes, headed a deputation to Canada House today to present a petition of 190,000 signatures protesting against the annual Seal Kill in Canadian waters. In 1980 170,000 baby Harp seals were slaughtered. Photo shows Spike Milligan holds up dummy baby seals during the protest outside Canada House, Trafalgar Square today.
