Curphey, M.C., E.D., during an investiture at King's House, Kingston, Jamaica. Behind are L to R: Commodore K. MacNeal Campbell - Walter R.N.; Brigadier Cosby Jackson, Commander Caribbean Area and Lieut. Col. D.J. Atkinson of the Brigadier's Staff. Behind the Queen is Noel Crossill Assistant Commissioner of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
