1963 Press Photo "Ban The Bomb" Demonstrators

"Ban The Bomb" Demonstrators Arrested: 350 Police had to be used to disperse hundreds of demonstrators organised by the Committee of 100 who carried out an "invasion" of the R.A.F. V-Bomber at Marham in Norfolk. 80 demonstrators were arrested and dealt with at a temporary court, and 20 were sent to prison for refusing to pay their fines. Photo shows A general vie of the demonstrators on the airfield.
