1965 Press Photo A "Sun-Destillator" at German Intl Industrial Exhibition

A "Sun-Destillator"... do the English show at their stand on the German International Industrial Exhibition in Berlin (22.9-3.10.1965). The apparatus, developed by a British firm, uses the energy of the sunbeams in order to change salt-water into fresh water. As the weight of the sun-destillator is only 0, 85kg, it has already become an important - and used in the whole world-ingredient of the rescue-instruments on board of aeroplanes and ships.
