1954 Press Photo Space-saving sideboard which opens into a dining table

Sideboard on the side: The small apartment dweller has not been forgotten by British manufacturers of modern furniture. On view at this year's British Industries Fair, London and Birmingham, May 3-14, will be many of their latest products, which include multi-purpose and collpasible furniture designed to take up a minimum of space.
