Questions in Commons On "Families Who Live in Fear": There were a number of heated exchanges in the House of Commons yesterday - when questions were asked about the "Rachman Empire". People were said to be living in slum properties - owned by the Rachman Companies and that they were being subject to threats and intimidation designed - they say to make them quit- so that the property can be let to higher paying tenants. It was said that even though Rachman -friend of Mandy Rice -Taylor had died last year his properties were still being exploited by companies etc. Photo shows Exterior of No's 69;67;65;63 Chepstow Road, Paddington - one of the Rachman Properties.
