Questions in Commons On "Families Who Live in Fear": There were a number of heated exchanges in the House of Commons yesterday - when questions were asked about the "Rachman Empire". People were said to be living in slum properties - owned by the Rachman Companies and that they were being subject to threats and intimidation designed - they say to make them quit- so that the property can be let to higher paying tenants.
