Apparatus Containing Polarized Protons For The Study Of Lowest Temperatures: Under the direction of scientist Anatole Abragam (head of the Dept. of Nuclear Physics & Physics of Hard Matter, also Professor at the College de France) a group of scientists introduced a unique apparatus at Saclay. This apparatus contains polarized protons, permitting the study of matter under the extreme low temperature of 105 Kelvin.Photo shows The specialist in studies of low temperatures, scientist Jean Coustham showing the apparatus and the freezing system.
