Refugees Arrive: The U.S. navy landing craft Spiegel Grove landed at Piraeus port, Greece, on June 22nd from Lebanon with 600 refugees on board. The majority were Americans and other nationalities included British, Italians and Canadians. Photo Shows The refugees while landing with their few belonging they were able to carry at the port of Piraeus.
