Nineteenth General Assembly continues its General debate; The Foreign Ministers of the Soviet Union, Argentina, Costa Rica and Iran addressed the General Assembly this morning as the general debate of the nineteenth regular session continued. The representative of the United Kingdom made a brief statement in reply to remarks by the Argentine Foreign Minister. Mr. Andrei A. Gromiko, Foreign Minister of the USSR, is seen addressing the Assembly.
