Committee On Disarmament Begins 1982 Session: The Committee on Disarmament, the world's principal form for multilateral negotiations in the field of disarmament, this morning began its 1982 session at the Palais des Nations. It has been requested to submit to the General Assembly's Second Special Session on disarmament (New York, 7 June to 9 July, 1982) a special report on the state of negotiations of the various questions under consideration by the Committee.
