Convention Of The R.S.M's.: Fifty - three Regimental Sergeant Majors are attending a two-week convention of Southwood Army Camp, Cove, Hampshire. They have been called together to discuss their role in the modern army. They have agreed, that although "bull" and bullying are out, discipline is still very much in. The Army has invented the R.S.M.'s to make criticisms of the handling of recruits, organization of courses, and present uniforms- and to express their views on recruiting literature and posters.
