Capes And Coe Lead Revolt By Athletes: Several leading athletes, including Sebastian Coe and Geoff Capes, revolted yesterday against Government pressure to stop them going to the Olympic Game sin Moscow. Coe, the world;'s fastest m,an over 800 meters, 1,500 meters and a miles, returned to London from his Spanish winter training waters to say; "I'm preparing for Olympic Games, and i will will be going to the Olympic Games in Moscow". This view is shared by shot putter Geoff Capes, a Cambridgeshire Policeman, who is one of Britain;s best model hopes, and Sue Reeve, a civil event who is a work-class long jumper. They all plan to be in Moscow in July, if the British Olympic Association votes on March 25th to send a team, which they are expected to do.
