Opening of the general-meeting of the International atom-energies-organisation in Vienna The second general-conference of the IAEA (the International atom energie organisation was opened in the new Vienna meeting-centre, the Emperor hall of the new Vienna castle. The conference will last about a fortnight. About 400 delegates of 69 countries are attending.
