Signature of the Berlin-Papers - After a long time of Discussions between the Representatives of the United States of America, Great Britain, France and the USSR finally on September 3rd there took place the signature of the Berlin-Papers at the Former Kontrollrat in Berlin. This agreement sets value on better conditions for the Berlin-traffic and recognize the association of West-berlin to the Federal Republic of Germnay. Furthermore there is marked a general many that the people of West-Berlin can visit East-berlin and also entry into the DDR. After the signature of the Berlin-Papers now on Monday September the Internal German Discussions can start.
