Queues For Hard To Let Flats: More than 100 people were Queues last night for flats that were hard to let. The Greater London Council offered 100 flats on a first come first served basis to childless couples who could prove that they had lived in London for at least one year. Photo Shows Some of the people who waited for two days for a flat outside the GLC Offices in London.
