Lion Cub born to Vinnie the Lioness after a Caesarian operation: A lion cub was born to "Vinnie", a three year old lioness, in the lion park at Lord Gretton's Estate, Staple ford Park, Leicester shire, after a rare caesarian operation last Thursday. After the birth the cub, which weighs 3 pounds and has been transferred to Chipper field's winter quarters at Heythrop, Chipping Norton, Oxford shire, for further rearing. Photo shows "Vinnie" , the lioness displays the scar after the caesarian birth of her cub "Caesar", the lion cub gets one of her frequent bottle feeds from 2 year old Sophie Chipper field at Heythrop.
