Eagle Escape In London: Ernie, a leaser spotted African Eagle, yesterday escaped from his owner's cage in Peckham, South-eat London. He lands rooftops, telegraph poles and cars, and swooped down to pluck up a kitten which he ate in a tree. Photo Shows Ernie, the escaped eagle, about to land on Chimney tops in Peckham yesterday.
