1977 Press Photo Young London Art Student Wins Silver Jubilee Competition

Girl Art Student's Poster The London Transport Silver Jubilee Competition: A young London Art Student has won a Silver Jubilee competition with a unique "prize"-a London showing which will be seen by millions of people. A design by 21 year-old Sue Horner, a third year graphic design student at the London College of Printing, has been chosen for London Transport's Jubilee Poster, "Royal London". Photo shows Sue Horner with her winning poster which featured an ivy-covered wall, carrying London street name plates wit Royal associations over the centuries-ranging from King Charles Street to Queen Elizabeth's Drive.
