It has high resolution, electron diffraction from the selected area of the specimen, stereo image and dark field. It also has heating attachments for specimen heating, and a cooling attachment, a rotary pump for the vacuum system. It takes a 160/240 volts suppl of 50 cycles and a total power of 4.5.kws. Net weight is 1,700 kg The electron gun is shock proof.
