Television Traffic Control For Royal Drive: For the arrival in London today of the King and Queen of Thailand, police used a closed circuit television system for crowd and traffic observation in the Trafalgar Square area. Two cameras were mounted on a tower sited on the King Charles 1 statue island pn the south side of the Square. Both cameras are remotely controlled from a police vehicle stationed at the base of the tower. Photo shows View inside the police control vehicle at the base of the tower, showing a policeman looking at the TV screen.
