"Jackie" the Chimpanzee saves her mistress from suicide: Because he does not like the odor of either tobacco or gas, "Jackie" a 1 and a half year old chimpanzee saved his 30-year old mistress who attempted suicide in the trailer she lives in. Sad for sentimental reasons, Gulette Landry, the daughter of a circus owner, opened the pipe of a gas bottle. Gas escaping from it troubled the chimpanzee who opened the trailer's door, thus saving his mistress from a certain death. Jackie shows how he opened the trailer door.
