"Astronauts-meat" for every houshold: Finally not only space-pilots but also avarage household can take advantage out of the results of american space-research: the specially for austronautes conceived "meat" TVP ("textured vegetable proteine") is now available in Switzerland in every shoping-center. The TVPs has the same taste as natural meat - you may buy it with beef -, calf - or pork-flavour. But it got important advantages: it is very rich in proteine (50%) and carbon hydrates (32%) and is sensibly cheaper than genuine meat.
