Annual Festival Of Reunion Of Butlin's Ca~pers At The Royal Albert Hall One of the highlights of last night's floor show at the annual Festival of Reunion of Billy Butlin's holdiday campers at the Royal Albert Hall, was the Viennese King of Balance, Rih Aruso. He entertained the compaers with his sensational act of riding the campers with his sensational act of riding the world's smallest bicycle - only eight inches long.
