Lieut. Eden Leads His Detachment, At the Double. Inspection of the King's Royal Rifle Corps. His Majesty the King today inspected the 1st Battalion the King's Royal Rifle Corps at their depot at Winchester, and this picture 2/Lieut. Eden, son of Mr. Anthony Eden M.P., second in seniority only to Winston Churchill in the Conservative Party, is seen as he leads his detachment at the double past the King. It is a privilege of the Regiment to double past the King during an inspection.
