Press Photo Fireman probes rubble for survivors in collapsed building

A BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION COLLAPSES IN PARIS : 15 DEADS. Yesterday afternoon, a building under construction collapsed on the Boulevard Lefebvre, in the Southern part of Paris. Masses of cement, iron and stones fell upon the men who were working on the building. The present toll is : 15 dead, 16 wounded, 4 to 10 lost men who most certainly died under the debris. Ops/ A fireman uses a sounding-line device to locate any living under the debris.
