1971 Press Photo Survivors amid earthquake damage in Burdur,Turkey

Turkish Earthquake kills 72: the bodies of 72 people were recovered by rescue workers following last week's earthquake which struck south-western Turkey. Worst hit was the mountain town of Burdur and sorrounding villages. Photo shows survivors of the disaster sit among the rubble of their modest village huts in Hacilar village, one of the worst hit areas of Burdur.
