64 Killed In Lwisham Rail Disaster. 64 people were killed and 200 injured in last night's rail disaster, when a steam train from Cannon-street to Ramagate, crashed into the stationary Charing cross to Hayes electric train, just outside St. John's Station, Lowisham, South-East London. Photo shows: Firemen work among the wreckage with the aid of an arc lamp.
