The Dancing Policeman Conducts London Traffic: As part of the British European Airways "Fly East" programme, a Yugoslavian policeman is on a courtesy visit to London. He is one of the leading male dancers in the Belgrade Ballet Company. Standing 6ft. 6ins in his dress uniform (complete with pith helmet) he this afternoon realized an ambition to direct London's traffic in ballet style. He is 34 year old Jovan Bulj, from Belgrade , and while on point duty at home, he amuses the motorists and pedestrians with his ballet movements. Photo shows the dancing Yugoslavia policeman, Jovan Bulj, regulating traffic in his own lively manner in the middle of Whitehall, London, this afternoon.

Photo measures 8 x 10 inches.

Photo is dated 07-07-1970.
