New Impregnated Waterproof Garment For Issue To Personnel Of The Royal Navy: New types of fabric impregnated with Polyvinyl chloride are now being introduced into Royal Navy service to replace oil skin garments, as stocks of the latter become exhausted. Photo shows The new long coat and trousers and the hood which replace the sou'wester of the impregnated fabric.
