General Neguib fit again.: The Egyptian President, General Neguib, who has been indisposed, was looking fit again when he attended a meeting of the Joint Congress of the Revolutionary Council and Cabinet. Photo shows President Neguib lights up his pipe when leaving after the meeting. On his hat, he wore the new eagle badge, which has replaced the former Crescent and three stars.
