The most important lady in the Soviet Union, Mrs Elena Malenkov wife of the Russian Dictator: The first picture to be published in Western Europe of Mrs.Elena Malenkov, wife of the Russian Leader, and was once a singer in Moscow's Bolshoi Theater, and is believed to be the influence behind Mr. Malenkov's recent edicts on the aesthetics of make up.
