Tony Stages A One-Man Cycle Tour Of Britain For Charity: Tony Heuclin, 19, of East Dulwich, set off today on a 2,500-nile bike ride on a round-Britain run with 24 days in which to do it. This is his self-imposed aim. He set off today from the Mansion House, with a farewell from the Lord Mayor, Sir Peter Studd, on his round-Britain ride in which he hoped to raise `1 per mile for the British Council for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled.
