Miss Jen~~ie Nicholson - she wrote the Article: Mr. Aneuri Bevan M.P. the 'shadow' Foreign Secretary Mr. Richard Crossman M.P. and Mr. Morgan Phillips Secretary of the Labour party appeared at the the High Court yesterday-- where they are Claming damages from"The Spectator" alleging libel contained in an article by Miss Jennie Nicholson regarding when they attended the Italian Socialist conference in Ve~ice Last February..The article alleges that Mr. Bevan "filled himself like a tank with whisky.."
