A Hostile Reception for Russian "Terror Chief" when he arrived at the T.U.C. Headquarters: Boris Ponomarev, the 71 year old Stalinist hardliner, Russian's so-called "terror Chief" involved in the crushing of Hungary and Czechoslovakia, arrived in London today for a six-day visit at the invitation of the Labour Party National Executive. There were demonstrations outside the T.U.C. headquarters in London this evening when Mr. Ponomarev arrived for talks with the T.U.C. leaders.
