Marl Phillips off to Germany Today. Princess Anne and Lieut. Mark Phillips yesterday went riding together at SAndringham. It is the second successive weekend that Lt. Phillips has spent at Sandringham. Today he leaves with his regiment, Queen's Dragon Guards, for a two-year tour of duty in Germany.Photo shows this picture of Lieut.
