New Minister of State resigns after three days. Mr. Reginald Prentice. 46 former Minister of Overseas Development, who was appointed Minister of State at the enlarged Ministry of Technology on Sunday, has resigned. Mr. Prentice made a powerful speech about the need for increased allocations of aid to undeveloped countries as the Party conference at Brighton last week.
