The Duke of Marlborough Dies at the age of 74. The Duke of Marlborough died today in King Edward VII's Hospital for officers. He was 74 and had undergone an operation last week. His heir, the Marquess of Blandford, was at the Hospital early this morning. OPS: A picture from the file showing the occasion of his wedding to Mrs. Laura Canfield, 55, at Caxton Hall in January 26th this year.
