Idlewild Airport, N.Y., Jan 7, United States Ambassador to Germany, Dr. James B. Conant, arrived aboard a TWA super G Constellation from Frankfurt. He is here on official business, leaving Tuesday for Washington D.C. Dr. Conant arrived with his wife, they will return to Germany in two weeks.
