New Commander Appointed For Italian Carabiniera: General Pietro Corsini at his installation in Rome as commander of the Carabinieri, Italy's National Police Force, following the death in a helicopter crash of the former commander General Enrico wino who was returning with his staff from Calabria after staging an offensive against 200 Mafioso hiding in the mountains, all 6 were killed in the crash. Photo shows General Pietro Corsini the new Carabiniera commander behind is his second in commad General arnaldo Ferrara.
