Institution of Chemical Engineers Banquet at the London Hilton. Many well known personalities attended the Institution of Chemical Engineers Banquet at the London Hilton Hotel - Park Lane - last evening. The toast was proposed by Lord Bowden, Minister of State - Dept. of Education and Science. Other speakers included Professor Stuart W. Churchill, Vice President American Institute of Chemical Engineers - and Professor P.V. Danckwerts, G.C., M.B.E., M.A., S.M., M.I. Chem. E. President Institution of Chemical Engineers and head of the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Cambridge. OPS: Professor P.V. Danckwerts speaks at the Banquet last evening.
