Former Court Claims compensation For ~14,000,000 Estate: A legal battle opened yesterday in which ex-count 54 year old Alexander Hochberg, son of the late Prince of Pless appeared before the foreign Compensation Tribunal in London. He claims compensation for the loss of furt~tenstein Castle and 40,000 acres of land in Siles~~ which were nationalized by the Polish Government. Before his claim can succees - he must prove he is British- and could only receive s fraction of his claim from the ~2,500,00 compensation allowed by the polish government to British people who lost land property - and there are hundred of Claimants.Also at the court was Mr., Hochberg a brother Mr. Hoe Henry Pless - a Prince who prefers to be called "Mr.". After the hearing Mr. Hochberg said that his elder brother - Mr. Pless is contesting the will of his father in the high courts soon. Picture shows: Mr. John Henry Pless and his wife.
