Young Hungarian conductor takes over the Royal Philharmonic orchestra at short notice: Janos Furst, the young Hungarian conductor, will be taking over as conductor of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at a concert at the royal Festival Hall on Thursday, Feb. 3rd. Janos took over at short notice because of the illness of the conductor Edo De Waart.
