Lady Marcia Joins the Lords: Her new ladyship, Baroness Falkender, of west Haddow in Northampto~shire, was yesterday introduced into the House of Lords as a life peeress. The Baromess is better known as Premier Harold Wilson's personal political secretary, Marcia Williams. Mr. Wilson sat on the steps of the throne as 42-years-old Baroness Falkender took the oath of Allegiance. Picture shows: Baroness Falkender wearing her ceremonial robes for the occasion yesterday.
