Stuttagrt/Frg: Sentence At Trial Filbinger -/- Hochhuth. In Stuttgart/West Germany there was found now the sentence in the trial CDU Politician Hans Karl Filbinger against writer Rolf Hochhuth. At the beginning of this year the famous German author had published an article in the German paper "Die Zeit", in which he wrote about the past of the present Prime Minister of Baden -Wuerttemberg/FRG. Hans Karl Filbinger has been a Navy-staff-judge during the Second world war and in this roll, so Hochhuth, he has not tried to stop the execution of the sentence of death of the German sailor Geroger in January 1945.
