1973 Press Photo Life saving vests for dogs

14th German Boating Exhibition, International in Hamburg, Oct. 20th - 28th, 1973: What has this boxer to do with boating, you may well question and yet he does, for - dressed with a sailor' hat he is modelling the latest in dogs wear, i.e., life jacket for dogs. This is the contribution of a Norwegian manufacturing company, displaying also at the Boating Exhibition in Hamburgs Fair grounds Certainly he is hoping to do good business with this item. Any dog, wearing this life jacket can be safe and also pulled out of the water by it, for there's a handle attached, enabling anyone to carry his pet just like a suit case.
