R.S.P.C.A Man With the Cat; A cat which yesterday defied all efforts to be rescued - was this morning brought down from the top of the 100 ft. high water tower on which it was trapped - at Popler Power Station. Fireman and R.S.P.C.A. officer Frank Shenfiell - seen with the cat after the rescue today.
