Clever Boy Horace wins 400,000 Dollars: A Budgie called Horace has feathered his owners nest by picking the numbers for a bumper lotto win of 400,000 dollars. The owner, 27-year-old Jenny Miller, of Taren Point, Sydney, Australia, tore up a set of Lotto numbers and put them in Horace's cage. And he proved he really was a clever boy by bending down and picking up that turned out to be three of the winning lotto numbers with his beak. Jenny who was on the dole, is now a rich girl.
